Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.
The hotel has a very good and convenient location, with the metro station nearby, making it easy to travel around. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Special thanks to Ms. Tina from the Reservation Department and Mr. Murali for their excellent support and hospitality. One area that needs improvement is the bathroom flooring. I noticed that the floor was damp and had a slightly slippery surface, which could be a safety concern for guests. I would recommend renovating or replacing the bathroom floor to prevent any potential accidents. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.
