BAD SERVICE - REFUND BEING DENIED DESPITE PEOPLE LOSING THEIR LIVES IN REGION
Hi. I wish to express how disgraceful PREMIER INN ABU DHABI BUSINESS HOTEL is treating myself and my wife. I was due to travel from India to Abu Dhabi for a week long holiday but due to the crisis in the Middle East region, I am unable to travel as flights have been cancelled and flight refunded. However, the hotel is not only REFUSING A REFUND, they are not even responding despite many emails and cancellation form requests being completed. Karolin Hany and Pratibha Bankar marked Womens Day couple of years ago with this statement. 'At Premier Inn, we operate very much like a family, looking out for one another and supporting our colleagues as best we can, which in turns ensures that our guests enjoy the very best in service' ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THIS?????? I am 70 years old, my wife is 72 years old yet Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Business Park Hotel clearly don't care about people dying in the area and want to keep the money. GREED. Have some shame. A simple full refund offered would allow me to be at ease and then would be happy to visit in the next year when things have normalised in the region. Please Please have some heart.
